The work is fine, the pay is decent, okay hours, great customers and community.
Cons
Upper management takes forever to solve problems that lower management cannot solve. Takes forever to respond to simple HR queries. Mission and values do not line up with company actions as of late. Hour allocation leads to small team sizes.
