I have really enjoyed my time at BI. The staff take a proactive approach and there is lots of room to change role/progress quickly if you show enthusiasm. I would recommend this business and team to anyone who is considering a role here!

Cons

There's not a lot of Cons to working here. Recently there has been some change in leadership, which always will present a period of unrest, but that is normal and has been handled well by our senior team.
