Pros

Working at Blyce is honestly fulfilling. It is rare to be part of a company where you can see the positive impact of your work so clearly. Every project supports a government in a small island developing state on their digitalization journey - and that translates into real improvements in society. Better compliance means more public revenue, and that funding goes into things like schools, healthcare, and infrastructure. We see this with our clients with "real-world" examples. You are not just developing or trainings or even sitting in meetings - you are helping shape public services that reach people who really need them. On top of that, the team is one of the best parts. Everyone is incredibly sharp but also kind, collaborative, and driven by the same bigger purpose. There is a shared mindset that we are building something meaningful, not just ticking off tasks. There is also room to grow, try new things, and be challenged in the right way. You are given trust, and your voice actually matters.

Cons

The work can be intense at times. We are often juggling complex implementations or supporting multiple clients who need different things all at once. It is not a 9-to-5 coasting kind of job, and the pace is fast. Sometimes internal processes or alignment take a bit to catch up with the scale of what we are doing. But if you are someone who gets energy from purpose-driven work, it balances out - and leadership is open when you raise these things.

Pros

I'm truly happy to be part of Blyce. It's a company that genuinely cares about its people and creates a positive, balanced work environment. One of the things I appreciate the most is the strong work - life balance, which allows me to be productive without sacrificing my personal well - being. The compensation is competitive, and the company recognizes and values the contributions of each team member. Working from the Medellín office has been an excellent experience. The atmosphere is welcoming, collaborative, and full of mutual respect. The supportive culture makes it easy to feel part of a team where everyone helps each other grow. Blyce also offers real opportunities for professional development. It's a place where you’re encouraged to learn, take on new challenges, and advance in your career. I’ve grown not only as a professional but also as a person since joining.

Cons

HibrydThe company follows a hybrid work model, which requires going to the office twice a week. For some, this might be something to consider, but personally, I don’t see it as a disadvantage. The offices are modern, comfortable, and located near the metro, which makes commuting easy. Plus, being in the office allows for valuable team interaction—sharing with colleagues is always a positive and enjoyable experience.
