      Started off good and the went down hill

      - teams within outlets are great - pay is decent - would have recommend others work prior to COVID19

      Cons

      - long unsociable hours - rude guests - senior management refuse to listen - bullying culture - covid made guests rude and aggressive had several members of team in tears and angry, management did nothing
