      Good for starters - not so good for experienced unless you start at Principal level

      Pros

      Good learning environment for Junior consultants, Internal training opportunities, good work/personal life balance, peers & seniors in general are very approachable and helpful

      Cons

      Contractor type approach, Very restricted growth opportunities for mid level / Sr level consultants - too many consultants in that range have left within 2 years, most Principals have been associated with the company from early stages and thus not many slots for the 'new' Principals.

      - Experienced, likeable and down to earth colleagues - Good Graduate scheme with a balance between hands-on and theoretical learning - Good support network with other colleagues if required - Often good opportunities for varied project work and if ability to take on more responsibility if suitable - Many projects live a good work-life balance - Salaries are good; £26k Graduate, Consultant £32k to £68k, Sr. Consultant £68 to 100k, Principal £101k+

      - Some projects appear to struggle with work/life balance, however much of it may be down to the specific consultants / project managers - Potential to have limited opportunities depending on current projects - Smaller consultancy feel means opportunities may be limited if fewer projects going on

      The integration has seen high attrition The leadership team are frustrated and leaving not to be replaced A Lack of communication of any kind to the consultants Policies are changing for the worst and rules are strict and often unnecessary The cultural differences are vast and not resolvable The business is a hot mess
