Great people/culture. - Good pay and benefits are extremely competitive. - Freedom to speak about things you are unhappy with(raise concerns) without being victimized (as with the previous company I worked for). - For once I feel HR is neutral. - Monthly free meal - Out of work activities for all, that the company will pay for.

Cons

I guess in all businesses "communication" can be a bit better. - Between departments and; - Workers and Employees Other then that nothing much.
