Pros

No timesheets. easy leave approval. Retirement home for redundant tech managers and Directors. Adobe for newly married people as they just attend morning scrums and juniors will do their and their bosses work . seniors are on workation and just ask you status 500 times in a day. Religiously following Agile methodology with 50 members in daily standup which runs hours. You will do meetings and no code. You will learn new and trendy abusive words as received from customers worldwide

Cons

Full of mental stress. You complain about anything and you get fired. No vison. Every weekend 5-6 goodbye email. Every monday few new joinees join. They make you write emails, you come as a dev here and end up being a content writer. Useless PM department. Requirements are never clear. BlueStacks understands agile as changing requirements everyday like clothes. High grade politics. blame game Bihari gang in tech team does not allow MTS people to level up. Every senior has their own set of relatives in the company who act as owner of the organization and will make your life hell. They will highlight your shortcomings in the name of feedback. Everyday they will say you are nice, work is good with the reviews being exception. Hike is in single digits for above average performance . Parity Parity Parity. Too frequent Project and team switch. No Hr's in this company. Head HR just resigned. They change policies every now and then. someday notice period is 30 days somedays it is 60 days No use of modern tech stack. new excel sheet for each thing. No HR portal in company. they have employee details in excel sheet. Seniors have just one solution to every problem: I am in a call, figure it out. I have seen people from qa team cry on call because of mental torture by relative's shadow who is now a lead in just 4 years of experience. Make sure you have large wholesale pack of Disprin before onboarding. you will be treated as cheap labour always. Join only if you are from Bihar and you have a degree in boot licking and your relatives already work here. My BP is now normal after leaving.

Pros

Genuinely can't think of any pros now. Anything positive that you will hear is all past tense. Avoid this company at all costs.

Cons

Filled with incompetent people who have no idea how a software product should be developed and/or lazy coasters who can't be bothered to do a thing. Fired 120 people in a day without an iota of decency after hiring close to 300 people in the past 1-2 years. Gave them no notice and only paid severance for 1 month's basic pay which is just 30% here! Showed absolutely 0 compassion towards them. Did not even let them keep their laptops and also had the audacity to ask the fired people to return their assets themselves in the coming 2 days. They say people are defined by how they handle their worst moments. The people at BlueStacks have shown their true colours at their worst for everyone to see. Upper management is especially horrendous. It is a sinking ship with the few good people all leaving one by one. The situation is only likely to get worse going forward.
