      • Open, flexible and collaborative work culture where everyone gets a chance to contribute meaningfully • Superb management. No closed doors between CEO, managers and the team (everyone gets to speak & share ideas openly) • Work-life balance (great for working mothers!) • Not much of office politics (which is critical to a healthy working environment) • Company is growing so there are opportunities to learn & work on new things for the company, globally

      Pros

      Hyper growth mode and constantly improving to serve customers better and supporting them. Great Leadership from Ivan and Joop! Supportive environment from the sales leader and you can always speak to them if you face any issues and they are always very supportive to make things work.

      Cons

      Growing company and there are bounds to have bottleneck and its a good problem to have and the company constantly looking out to improve process and improve customer's experience.
