Small class sizes, all of my classes this year are 20 or below.
Cons
We are growing, so class sizes will increase until we can gain new teachers. The school is financially good, but it is hard to balance growth with the number of teachers to keep the ratio the best.
Beautiful campus and location. Relaxed working environment.
Cons
Administration is more interested in financial profit, than student academic progress. They perpetuate learned helplessness, rather than student learning and independent problem solving abilities. Keep the students needy to build a larger profit.
