      Pros

      If you need to go to work now... it's good until something better presents itself.

      Cons

      No loyalty, not much room for advancement, company claims to promote from within but you end up training a newcomer who's to be your team lead or qrt.

      Pros

      Allows one to work independently, without micro-managing. Office support is constant, and ready to help.

      Cons

      Upper management not always truthful. The right hand often does not know what the left hand is doing. President does not identify with the pulse of employees.

      Pros

      sadly there aren't many pros to having worked for this company. the closeness to home if the assignment was in holland/zeeland. the few of my co-workers were good people, but the stress of the job wore everyone down.

      Cons

      the pay was low, the hours were long. upper management was a bit shifty. changes within the organization was not ever clearly communicated. the message of the company wanted to present to the public did not match the language, culture, vibe of the internal workings of the company itself.
