      Pros

      I really can’t think of any.

      Cons

      No infrastructure in place and very disjointed and isolated company experience. No sense of team or working together in the same direction. Bloch is a company of individuals with no interest in helping each other achieve a unified goal. A ‘just get on with it yourself’ attitude runs through the company creating a very negative atmosphere.

      Pros

      Leader and Innovator in Dance market. Excellent products including shoes, dancewear, & activewear. Great team environment. Extremely loyal and dedicated employees with a great number of them having been part of the team for 20+ years.

      Short- term, disgruntled former employees have portrayed the company unjustly

      Difficult work environment, with little room for growth.

      Cons

      Difficult work setting, owners who make things impossible, sales direct everything. junior staff members are given little direction and treated unfairly.
