Pros

Worked here for 10 years, which in the grand scheme is not long by some of the existing employees standards. I won't name names but there are many stalwarts of the club that have seen many custodians come and go and have seen may highs and many lows They work in the ticket office, hospitality, the charity, security, reception at Ewood, the STC and the Academy, as PAs, people who have a job of work at the club everyday and get on with it and don't for one second moan or complain. Salt of the earth people that are the true backbone of this great club and have kept it running for over 40 years in some cases. Jack Walker understood their value, so did Mr Lee, Rob Coar, Tom Finn and John Williams. The Venkys I'm not too sure. I hope they're all alright and doing well.

Cons

None really, these people will always ensure the game goes ahead !!
