Do not engage with them. Big support and same opinion on each lists of Cons reviews stated in glassdoor from others, especially about below review specifically metioning that managements(founders) are liars and use company money like their own.

Management are liars, crooks and thieves. They hide everything, use company money as their own, try to divide employees among themselves. Their intentions are just bad.
