- Great group of smart, kind people. - Tier 2 pay. - Lots of interesting work (internal and client-based) with the potential to move to different projects over time. Also different sizes/stages of client projects. - Embraces AI use and actively works to improve.

Cons

- Potential for imposter syndrome considering all the talented people here.

• There’s a lot of trust and flexibility, and everyone is given ownership over their work • Good exposure to the full process, not just small isolated tasks • Team members are generally supportive and willing to help • Fast-moving environment that keeps the work interesting

• Things move quickly, so priorities can change from time to time • Some processes and documentation are still being built as the team grows

It's a consulting company, but definitely not a typical sweatshop. The founders and managers care about your as a person and are doing the best they can to listen to you and support you grow while making sure you have a great work-life balance.

Cons

No complaints from me personally :)
