      Pros

      I think most of IT company need quantity work, but in this company always need quality work and it’s can help for growth and learn. Everything flows from top whether bad or good. The CEO is highly Loveable and Motivated which brings lot of positive energy in the team. Great Work culture, Best of talented colleagues, Flexible working hours, team training meeting out of city, trip, cricket tournament …

      Cons

      There is no room for a person who doesn't want to grow and who want to work as an employee . Beware if you are lazy and just working for peanuts.

      The technology they use is always bleeding edge and relevant to the market needs. You learn a lot of process oriented work. One of the best peer groups I have so far seen

      Cons

      Management is boss boot leaker. Paycut structure is so well defined that they will easily cut money showing worthless rules (even own marriage also not spared). Small clumsy space. More instances- 1. Micro management at height 1. Hire and fire instances. I won't tell much. Ask any employee in private. You will come to know 2. Hr tells you have to work on Saturday Sunday to compensate Friday's work as there was Aamphan Storm. I mean no humanity even not asking hope you all are well. If you are an employee, you already know all these and it's by now making you laugh that atleast someone spoke about all these exposing the reality. Don't have to believe me. Verify the truth and write here if things are same with you too.
