The company gives expectations then leaves you alone to do your job. No micromanaging or heavy handed rules. IF you self motivate this could be the place for you.

Cons

Still stuck in the 1900's mindset that all employees must be in the office. It's 2025 and modern communication should mean sales and marketing employees can work remote. Great ideas don't usually come from sitting in the office.
