      good amount of AL 9% pension contributions flexible (ish) working week overtime opportunities

      Cons

      Very toxic environment in the office When general concerns are raised it’s more of a play the blame game and ruffle the feathers of than actually find the root cause and solve the issue Don’t value the staff that care

      A good start but quickly declined

      Pros

      Initially the company feels like a great place to work and where skills are celebrated and utilised. The pay is very fair and on track globally.

      Cons

      The shine wears off after a couple of months and turnover feels very high with some people not even making it through the first 3 months or so. Management don't really seem to care about people or take the thoughts of others into consideration.
