      Good way to gain experience when straight out of uni- but not much room for progression.

      Pros

      they offer in-house training in things such as project management and time keeping, a great way to gain experience when straight of uni, good staff parties in the summer and christmas, friendly in-house team

      Cons

      salary is a lot lower than other similar jobs with competitors, not much room to progress, high turnover in some departments, most staff use the company for experience and then move on after 3-4 years.

      friendly team relaxed working environment free fruit, which I believe they are taking away soon

      Cons

      pay is abysmal. minimal variation in day to day work. I think they hire people on FTCs so they can replace them after 12 months with another graduate who will accept appalling pay. very little chance of career progression/pay rise.
