      Pros

      Tons of great benefits working here in my opinion. Fantastic benefits. Hybrid work set up. Casual dress. Easy to get to, easy commute. People are passionate about the work we do. Manageable workloads. FREE parking!!! A fantastic mix of minds.

      Cons

      Some of the standard issues with a growing organization but each team is proactively addressing the issues as they arise.

      Flexible job with great benefits

      Pros

      Hybrid schedule that you get to choose (3 days in/2 days out) Great winter break/holiday schedule Good pay with a lot of opportunity for advancement and growth Good co-workers Great benefits (sick time, pto, heath insurance)

      Cons

      Company is growing quickly and with that, you need to be extremely flexible as an employee, which at times, can be challenging.

      Pros

      Competitive Pay, Inclusive Work Environment, Great Benefits, Hybrid Schedule, Generous PTO, Opportunities for Growth and Development.

      Cons

      BioMADE is a startup and due to that there are some processes and/or procedures that are not yet in place. Also, sometimes I feel like there is not always transparency in certain situations.
