Pros
My time at BioLife Solutions counts among some of the most rewarding and enjoyable experiences of my career. The company culture was set from the top down with emphasis on transparency, respect for others, and a shared set of goals. Management is supportive and open. The company made good hiring choices and working with internal teams is productive and rewarding. Compensation and benefits are excellent.
Cons
The downsides I encountered were limited, and stemmed from challenges posed by rapid growth. Nothing here that was terribly problematic, and issues that were faced were dealt with by honest communication, cooperation and support from upper management.
