Pros

Decent Cafe on campus, Decent Campus, Adequate Parking. Near Safeway, Chase, WestCat Lynx, etc - it's making me write 20 words. This place is a prison!

Cons

I wish I could just say my commute since I travel with traffic: Sexist supervisors, Incompetent supervisors, absentee Customer Care Manager, overworked phone crew. You only advance here if you know someone who knows someone higher. If you want a job with a bit of stability, don't come here. EVERYBODY IS FAKING IT UNTIL THEY MAKE IT!

Pros

There are a lot of pros if you can kiss everyones hind end enough to work your way up. But if your just an honest hard working guy you will never get anywhere at this place.

Cons

Don't ever come to work here if you ever expect to be respected for your hard work because you will never get respect. You will never get a promotion. You will never get a vacation without being expected to take your work laptop and phone with you. If you are forced to travel you will fly in the most uncomfortable, cheapest possible way and stay in the cheapest possible hotels room all the while the travel department acts like you are being rewarded somehow by being "allowed" to travel to some exotic dirt bag of a city. Management will never have your back and are never there to support you. What they will do is watch everything you do like big brother is watching, just waiting to find something to use against you. Especially stay way way way far away from the HR department. You will grow old waiting for a promotion or waiting for a raise. They have run the business into the ground so much that they haven't even given raises for the past 3 years but they tell you that you are lucky to have your job because you haven't been layed off. Then they will lay off dedicated employees who have given them the past 15 years of their life. They will completely break your spirit and demoralize you and run company morale into the ground and then have management meetings trying to figure out why morale is so low. They pretend to be concerned about quality and then they will promote someone to management who has a proven track record of not caring one spit about quality. Then they will have management meetings trying to figure out why they are loosing business. If you don't go to the company Christmas party or you don't want to talk about your personal life you will be seen as anti-social or anti-company. Seriously if you have any self-respect at all do not come to work here because you will lose any self-respect you ever had. They will suck out your soul. Then you will need years of therapy just to recover from working here.
