Cons
Well where to begin... Do not waste your gas, time, sanity, energy, do not even bother with this company! This want to be “premium" pharma, consumer product”company is a flat out JOKE. IT’S NOT WORTH YOUR TIME, JEOPARDIZING YOUR HEALTH & THERE IS NO HOPE FOR A FUTURE BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT VALUED FOR GIVING 110% . When they say people don’t change, the same goes for this company-THIS COMPANY WILL NEVER CHANGE. The CEO isn’t a business leader, the CEO has made this business into a HOBBY that’s a complete joke and a game like in the movie HUNGER GAMES. You constantly deal with a new standard and a new expectation to tackle without one plan of action being completed in a successful way within a reasonable timeframe given. You instantly find yourself running around like a chicken with its head cut off. The Management will dump an impossible job on you with no warning, or support and only wants it done yesterday. That’s when you know they want you to pull a rabbit out of no where. You think their is a plan but later you’ll find out that nothing is ever set in stone. You will establish all the right relationships in distribution, PR teams and management but you will lose all of those relationships instantly since everything is based on lies with empty promises that you can never actually follow through and deliver that corporate had initially lead you to believe. This company has implemented such a bad reputation that you will not get the support you need in order to grow in anyway and you will be the only person to be blamed at the end.
