This used to be a great place to work. The new Senior Management that came in destroyed the place. Most long time people left. The morale is in the gutter, and no one really cares. They will stay on the ship until it ultimately sinks, or totally merges with Quiksilver and becomes a mall brand. The mid-level and below employees hate the Senior Management, because they are clueless and heartless. It's truly sad to see what has become of a formerly great place. Once they cut health benefits, people will stream out of there. The pay is not great, an there's no growth, and they always bring in from the outside instead of promoting from within. No training or career support of any kind exists. No skills development besides "Look up videos on the internet", (seriously that was the option they promoted).

Management and company working in a new direction,nobody really listen to your concerns and problems. All they care about is themselves with sales goal and aren't personable with staff.
