      Pros

      Flexible with PTO and my manager was very supportive.

      Cons

      Exec management has no idea of how to lead a company. Their values are demanded but not followed. There is absolutely no communication to their teams regarding where they're going as a company. They are no longer an innovative leader and the executive leadership behaves like adolescent children.

      The benefits are better than most.

      Cons

      Weasely people are always trying to get out of work. If you take your concerns to management, nothing is done.

      Growing company with a great culture! Management cares about their employees and a great work life balance

      Cons

      Not really a con, but company is still growing and putting processes and structure in place, so if you like an established large company with processes already in place, it probably wouldn't be a good fit
