      Pros

      Company has cool stuff and is innovative.

      Cons

      No Work/Life balance. No real interest in employees. Stressful work environment. No team work and mistrust between team members. Unless you are compliant with (upper) management and say yes to everything you won't receive welcoming attitude. Suggestions to change or doing things in a different way, puts you on the bad boy list, unless it compliant to work style of management. Wasting time on nonsense or less important tasks/projects, that results in no time for important/critical things.

      Thank you for your review. We strive to make Bigge an enjoyable place to work for all of our employees. We care about our team members and want them to feel appreciated. We understand that does not always happen, and we work to address any concerns or issues that are brought to our attention. Since this review was posted, we have made significant changes in our IT department. We have added staff in both our San Leandro and Houston locations to help with the workload. We have also worked on process improvements to make things more efficient. We encourage all of our employees to raise any issues to their managers and/or human resources so that they may be reviewed and addressed right away.

      I think the company overall had accomplished quite a bit

      Cons

      Their human resources staff are very unprofessional , in fact I left with a very negative impression of the entire company based on how the human resources staff treated me . I felt that one of the human resource professionals was very invasive , rude , lacked empathy , judgemental , and was discriminating based on my race . I wouldn't recommend working there because the environment can be hostel.

      Decent pay, good location for commuting.

      Cons

      There are too many other opportunities available to choose this imprisonment. There is a reason why smart people leave this company. If you want to be beat down and treated poorly then this is the place for you.
