      Very welcoming onboarding experience; I felt supported from day one Strong engineering culture with highly skilled and collaborative colleagues Good mix of work: bug fixing, building new features, and improving the platform Opportunity to work on a product that genuinely helps small and medium businesses Encourages innovation through dedicated innovation days and adoption of AI / modern technologies Positive team environment that celebrates successes and continuous improvement Great place to develop technically and professionally. Overall, I had a very positive experience and learned a lot during my time here. I genuinely enjoyed the day-to-day work and the people I worked with. I’m leaving for natural career progression, and I would still recommend BigChange as a great place to join—especially for engineers looking to grow in a supportive and capable team environment.
