Pros
You are surrounded by a supportive and friendly team and lead by strong female leaders. As a female myself, it was really important to me to work with great role models, I have certainly found that here. I have been encouraged to pursue what I am good at and what interests me, both inside and outside of work, which has lead to personal growth and a promotion in my short time here.
Cons
Honestly, can't say anything I would truly class as a con! It's certainly busy but that can only mean good things.
