Pros

I got paid to talk about London and history. Met great people as colleagues and visitors.

Cons

Poor pay, moreso when you're commuting. No loyalty even when you towed the line a year. Management never took sexual harassment or other things seriously. You guide but it became trench warfare managing people standing, on stairs, outright swinery...something when I guided in 2011 was rarely an issue at Original. Three tours often crammed into a day when realistically, via traffic or protests, two is manageble.
