I left that company because this company management is very bad, due to their selfish nature they get their employees accused in false cases. So it it better for the future employees not to join Bharat Rasayan Limited otherwise management of this company seeks new recruits and they falsely entrap the new employees in the false illegal cases and get them behind bar.

Had worked in their institutional sales profile, more than 3-4 peoples left job in last 3 years in Institutional sales profile. Very bad work culture. Management wants total centralization and treats even their senior general managers as a dog in this company. Advice to future employees it is better to sit at home or continue in your current job rather than coming and joining this company. No learning for any employee because this company top management wants to do everything by them only and they let their employees do only clerical job. After every 6 months this company starts searching for a Institutional sales person as no body stays in this company for a long except their old employees ( who now do not have any option ).
