Pros
This is one of those companies that you work at after giving up hope you'll ever find anything better. The one upside (if you can call it that) is that you can count on a steady paycheck because the agency is owned and funded by a large, well-established credit union. If you're desperate for a job and are willing to waste extraordinary amounts of time, any opportunity with this company will be perfect.
Cons
I witnessed a totally unqualified CEO do her very best to run this company directly into the ground. She cut employee salaries to give herself a hefty 5-figure bonus, used every opportunity to charge personal expenses (mostly travel) to the business, and blatantly lied to the board of directors every single quarter. In the year I worked there, 90% of the employees quit. NINETY PERCENT. It could not have been a worse experience.
