Company going downhill fast

Pros

Used to be flexible but now honestly employees are just a number to line management pockets. Holidays and PTO are ok

Cons

New next level leadership doesn’t care about employees. Claims to hold core values as a vital piece of the company but doesn’t express what they preach when it come to core value “respect each other”. Moral behind the scenes are the worst among employees is awful and they are too intimidated to step forward. When we refuse to participate in Company wellness program we are made to feel awful. Honestly just with this company due to financial needs not because I love the company.

Pros

The employees are a great group of people. This company founded and produced the "leaf spring". Customers were great to deal with.

Cons

Sales staff was understaffed. The upper management set some pretty high standards which were hard to meet. They could do better with in house training.

Pros

Co workers are great hard working people. 10hr days=4day work week three day weekends. Flexible with personal and family issues. “Pizza parties” to show their appreciation

Cons

The pay is way to low for the work. Upper management is allergic to logic and advice of the people who actually make their products. The break industry safety and environmental rules regularly and ask employees to behave differently during customer visits, industry audits and environmental regulation check ups. Micro managed, over worked and overlooked. No incentives to work during the COVID times. Benefits, pto and bonuses have all reduced or disappeared since I started in 2015. Minimal effort to cool an environment which regularly reaches or exceeds 110 degrees indoors. Temp to hire business model=sub par talent and revolving door of short stay employees
