- They hired too many people who only know how to talk and brag about themselves. - Need to have a better HR dept to hire really good people. - Some principle engineers are just not experienced or knowledgeable enough to be the tech lead. - New Head of Delivery is too controlling

As a relatively new employee, I have really loved joining this company. The whole place has a great culture, the senior leadership is very friendly and accessible and for someone coming on board as a new starter, the people and culture team in particular are absolutely first class.
