Pros

This opportunity offers the advantage of collaborating with a highly skilled and accomplished team. Additionally, employees receive a complimentary monthly subscription box as part of the comprehensive benefits package.

Cons

Some potential downsides at this company are a micromanaging culture where they tend to put really anyone on surprise performance improvement plans without even the slightest of warning in your weekly one one ones. There are also issues around lack of confidentiality and some questionable practices in HR, with reports of them gaslighting employees and not really looking out for people's wellbeing. You might want to take a good hard look at their policies and how they actually treat workers before taking a job here.

Upper Management is very cliquey

Pros

I made amazing friends here, and I do believe that there are many genuine people working there.

Cons

The company is shady with how they make internal upper management decisions. People are fired left and right for unjust reasons or simply because someone above them doesn’t “like” them. HR is truly under the foot of the co-founders and has no interest in resolving interpersonal issues between employees, and would rather just let someone go.

Pros

Everyone gets along for the most part The office is well designed The food and free box perks are nice

Cons

The unlimited vacation means you feel guilty taking time off The lunch benefit keeps you in the office and when you do go out you get "eyed" for leaving Work accomplished isn't valued as much as time spent in your seat Leadership micromanages and underutilizes employees at all levels Any promise to make change is just lip service Be prepared to freeze in the office during winter
