The staff who do their jobs to their full potential are rewarded, they only want to employee people who want to work if you are a shirker you will stand out and not last long.

Cons

often staff put bad reviews on different sites but fail to put the truth i.e. bad attendance with no contact so they lose the job but blame it on the agency. this is demotivating and makes the company look bad.
