      Pros

      great hours flexible and understanding HR and supervisors healthy environment communication with leads and supervisors doesn't feel intimidating BEC is probably one of my favorite places I have ever worked, you're surrounded by incredibly knowledgeable doctors and staff, I feel like I learn something new almost every day. throughout covid, this company has made sure we were all taken care of, thank you so much BEC

      sometimes, it can be clique-y not a lot of room to grow within the company no professional development training or diversity training -- it's needed

      Pros

      It was a great company if you're not looking into management positions. They play favorites once you reach that level. Other than that they were a good company I enjoyed coming to work for the most part.

      Cons

      WARNING to all the ladies- especially with the stuff in the news recently regarding sexual harassment in the work place. They don't take it seriously and side with the manager!
