      Pros

      Family owned and run. Small enough so that everyone knows everybody . Everyone is friendly to work with . Some departments run more fair than others

      Cons

      No raises given unless you ask for them . No yearly review. They prefer to hire from the ouside than promote from within . Some coworkers making twice as much as others due to favoritism . Owners at times do not know what the managers are doing . In certain departments favoritism runs rampent

      There was a great work atmosphere. Everyone in the all aspects of the dealership worked well with each other.

      Cons

      There was not many cons if any. There were times when it would get very busy and the work would increase but that is all.
