Passive aggressive leadership style Low salary Very high staff turnover Little to no guidance/mentorship Unrealistic expectations Complete turnaround on WFH policy Favouritism Offshore team - time delay. Low quality work. Hesitant to communicate directly causing delays in work being completed. Feels like your input is not valued.

Pros

Great staff with the exception of the partners and one of the client directors. All the other staff are wonderful. Pay is good.

Cons

Bullying, unrealistic expectations, no trust, yelling, talking to people like they are stupid, changing reporting lines without consultation (more than once to more than one person), incompetent offshore team that is unable to do the work so the Auckland team have to rework. Worse place I have worked.

1. No official onboarding 2. Steep learning curve 3. Some overtime required to ensure client deliverables are met
