      Smooth process for clients. Team support.

      Cons

      Higher rates making it hard to compete with brokers and online lenders. I have lost way more deals than I have won, which is frustrating and causing e to look elsewhere to make a living. Management needs diversity. Everyone at the top is a white male. Their very apparent right-wing politics don't align with mine.
