      The basics of the job are easy. To earn comission can be a little tricky and harder to obtain

      Very high turn over rate and the training consists of reviewing your job for half your first day then you are thrown into the mix

      Good people to work and the employees are kind.

      Cons

      Advertising and the ability to get people in the door is getting worse. Old advertising strategies are hurting my bottom dollar and the "closers" being brought in can't close the deal.
