Excellent onboarding process, arrival at the office on my first day was friendly and everything I needed to hit the ground running was provided. All relevant HR/contractual documentation was provided in good time and was correct and accurate to what had been discussed during my interview. The atmosphere in the office is excellent, everyone is very friendly and the senior directors are very supportive, offering to attend client meetings and assist with specific tasks where required.

I've been working at BBP for a little over two years and overall, it's been a genuinely positive and rewarding experience. The team is supportive, the leadership is approachable, and there's a strong sense of purpose behind the work we do. BBP plays an important role in the cladding remediation space, and it’s motivating to be part of work that directly improves building safety. One of the biggest strengths here is the team – there’s a solid mix of experience, practical knowledge, and a willingness to get things done. People are generally collaborative, and there’s room to bring your ideas to the table. That said, like any workplace, it’s not without its challenges. Construction is a demanding industry, and this job is no exception. Timelines can be tight, and sometimes the pace or expectations can be intense. Processes can sometimes be slow and communication between departments could improve but feedback is usually taken seriously and improvements do happen. Overall, I feel valued here, and I continue to learn and grow. It’s a place where hard work is recognized, and where you can really build your skills if you're willing to get stuck in.
