We’re happy to hear that you appreciate the work-life balance Behaviour offers. We remain dedicated to promoting a "no crunch" culture and actively supporting a "no overtime" policy :) We’re also delighted to learn you enjoy the free breakfast and lunches prepared by our bEstro team! Compensation is a subject we keep under continuous review, to ensure we’re equitable and competitive. Please note that our flexible working policy has been updated to meet the changing needs of our industry. Thanks again for your honest feedback, we appreciate it!
