Pros
Overtime is prohibited. You start with 6 weeks of vacation, but 2 of those have to be taken from December 23 to January 3rd. You get an extra week of vacation after 3 years. Employee perks (26$ per pay) which include: - Breakfast and Lunch made by a chef every day. - Great gifts every year. - Summer and Christmas party. You get access to group insurance, and an RRSP program where the company matches your contributions up to 3% of your pay every year. Offices in Montreal are very pretty and fun to be in.

Pay is fine, but some game studios pay more in Montreal.
