Most of the staff are easy to get along with. Leadership is always willing to let you ask questions and answer the questions. As someone who likes social wor,, I think the environment is very rewarding.
Cons
But as a person who has 1100 dollar rent, 21 an hour barely does it. They also chop off from your HOURLY wage for the medical benefits (so it would be like 19 an hour). They make you wait a whole YEAR to use vacation benefits and every time I try to use my sick just for a little day of reprieve, I'm forced to show 'proof' I went to a medical appointment of some kind.
