      Avoid at all costs!

      Pros

      Hours were 5:00am-1:30pm, which is nice if you have a young family.

      Cons

      Caseloads were very high due to always being understaffed. Program directors expect unethical practices in order to meet unreasonable required billable hours. It is NOT about what's best for the client, it's about them making money. (Which you won't see, by the way, the salary is lower than other places). Upper management is extremely out of touch, and the health insurance is TERRIBLE.

      None, zero, zilch. This place has nothing good about it

      Cons

      This place has genuinely the worst employees all around. Terrible high management and most of all the worst hr team i’ve ever encountered. Low pay, no care for their employees in the slightest. If you work for the treatment centers trust me, corporate doesn’t care one bit about you.

      the community I serve is worth it most days

      The insurance is not worth it. The pay is extremely low. The management does not help with anything. The company is more about making money then helping the patients.
