      Pros

      Good company for students or beginner developers.

      Cons

      - Low-rise salary levels. - Absolutely terrible office management who are always ready to help in words and listen to suggestions, but in fact they always refuse. They shift the execution of their tasks to each other as a result of which any simple task is delayed for months or half a year. - HR department, having no idea about the state of affairs in the teams, has a decisive opinion when raising and revising salaries. - No growth, the company will never raise the middle to senior in any of the areas of development. Because of this, seniors in the company can be felt on the fingers.

      - I love the way that the company cope with current challenges, they are supportive, especially for the people in Ukraine. Besides day-to-day activities, the company runs its fund to help people in Ukraine, so helps not only with words but with actions. - unlimited space for personal growth, opportunity to run your initiatives - freedom to decide how to arrange your working day - supportive and friendly environment - additional thanks for the atmosphere in the offices, it's homey, cosy and all offices are equipped with generators, Starlinks

      Cons

      - with the current situation worldwide and in Ukraine particularly, it became harder to see teammates offline. That's probably the only thing I would like to improve, but it does not depend on the company

      Pros

      Moreover, family - not in sense of grandmothers/fat aunts, but cool & vigorous brothers & sisters! Great company with excellent office atmosphere and exciting benefits, especially events. You can feel that Andreas and Gustav (company leaders) put satisfaction and good feeling of employees in first priority of Beetroot

      Cons

      I only can imagine possible significant cons about project owners (Beetroot clients), then just be attentive about project, which you choose to work in - if you like scope and tasks.
