None. There is absolutely no reason to work for these greedy people. They are morally bankrupt.

Cons

The owners, George and Pam Faerber, are total nightmares to work for. Cheap to miserly standards, including NEVER correct commission pay checks (always short) and you pay all of your expenses if your an outside rep. Total hypocrites!!! Preach Christianity, yet steal from their employees so they can live the high life. Don't work for them. No matter how bad you need the money, they're not worth it.

Competitive work environment in a very ugly way!!!!! Poor management skills specially among middle manager!!!! Lots of lots of gossiping!!!!! No real respect and value for employees!!!!

Have work if you can risk not getting paid.

Cons

Paychecks consistently won't cash, often NSF. Have to get new check cut almost every payday and get reimbursed for bounced check fee. Sometimes that check won't cash either. Happening alot more these days. Not sure how long my job will last here if they can't pay us. Owner is always changing rules on how we get paid. Owner is always making customers mad.
