Great outsourcing company

Pros

This is a great outsourcing company to work at. Managers and directors do care for each of their professionals, they are very friendly and try to maintain everyone close to the company family, and not only allocating the professionals somewhere and forget about them like other outsourcing companies. They also care to see if each of us is satisfied with the project we are in and then the company provides lots of classes for learning and acquiring knowledge.

I can't really find any cons for this company.

- People are awesome and very friendly; - A lot of events to get to know each other. Including the CEO which is a really good fella; - A lot of trainings to choose from;

Cons

Your salary is absolutely miserable compared to what other companies are offering.
