An amazing company that declined. Unfortunately due to the merger with Lauder it changed drastically and fast. BECCA used to be a small family oriented company that truly valued you and cared about your professional growth. Unreasonable goals, micromanagement, and a feeling that you are always going to get in trouble. The expectations are unreasonable as they encourage you to work in store 8-10 hours a day at 1,000 dollar goal a day including multiple mega events a month. They also took away all office days so you have to work on your day off to get your office work complete. The brand itself has lost its identity in the color world. Extremely high turnover recently. Low pay compared to other color brands. New management has created a very uncomfortable working environment. Do not recommend.
