      Pros

      - Cannot stress more about the work-life balance (Flexible leaves and WFH) - Strong emphasis on the learnings and reviewed every quarter - Excellent engineering culture and transparency within the company - Every month team lunches - Two team outings per year - Gaming sessions and tournaments

      Cons

      - 16 (plus 4-8 team outing days) holidays are relatively less (option to convert WFH to holidays would make it better at the least) - non-ergonomic office chairs

      - Learning new technologies is part of your quarterly goals. - Focus is laid on Ownership - Flexible timings - Lot of options to chill out at office ( Board games, Table tennis, PlayStation ) - Yearly 2 company trips to awesome places ( Places decided by the Employees )

      Cons

      - No benefits like "Medical Insurance", etc.

      Thanks for the feedback. We have medical insurance for employee, spouse, parents and children now.
