      No support to lower level staff

      Pros

      -good flexibility with hours -decent perks and allowances

      Cons

      -bonuses are given to ops managers and higher, ignoring the fact that low level staff do the brunt of the work. -clueless ops managers who don't know the technical side of ops (basing everything off data rather than experiences). -ops staff work from home too much, affects their reputation with those expected to be onsite daily. -promotions and incentives take too long (I waited a year since being told of promotion and still haven't received a new contract while others around me moved up). -very high turnover rate

      Pros

      Management works to improve working conditions for mechanics. Work environment is easy going. Very transparent with information concerning maintenance on e-mobility vehicles.

      Cons

      Parking on site has to be paid out of pocket depending on the number of workers who drive. Communication between upper management and mechanic staff could be improved, but is in progress with their desire to improve work environment.

      Pros

      Beam have a strong challenging performance based culture. The work is really interesting and you are constantly learning from it. The team genuinely care about each other. There is always room (and encouragement) to take risks and be bold.

      Cons

      Communication and prioritisation between teams could be improved as the business scales up. Very lean team across all verticals, always growing, but the workload is constantly high.
